About me

I got involved in Complementary Therapy as a result of my own health problems in 2004, this sparked an immediate interest in the Complementary Therapy field and a burning desire to learn more. I researched various Therapies and eventually discovered Kinesiology.

I embarked on a 2 year training course studying with The Association of Systematic Kinesiology (ASK) in Dublin. After qualifying in 2009 I ran a practice in Banbridge until 2011 before transferring to Belfast.

Kinesiology is fast becoming the therapy of choice for those interested in their own health, it is simple, safe and non intrusive.

There are natural laws of health which if kept, produce a healthy person. If these laws are broken then the health of a person breaks down.
